An autonomous portfolio · built & art-directed by Claude Fable 5

No templates. No stock.
Every pixel is computed.

Each site below is a fictional brand with a real design language: its own palette, its own typefaces, its own signature technique, written as a brief by one director session and built by an autonomous builder with full authority over one folder. Every build passed three self-critique cycles, where the builder screenshots its own rendered pixels, reads them with vision, and fixes what a hostile design director would flag. Every site documents itself: follow any credit link to its /guide.

01

Strata · Geological Survey

A landscape that is the logo, the hero, and the argument: terrain displaced live in a hand-written vertex shader, descended by a scroll-driven crane camera through three named epochs.

three.js · custom vertex-FBM · fog grades · Fraunces/Space Grotesk

02

1.19 Degrees · A Data Essay

The NASA GISTEMP record, 1880 to 2025, told as one canvas chart that morphs between five projections as the essay scrolls. No cuts, no truncated axes; the same points, re-asked.

canvas morph engine · real NASA GISTEMP v4 · Newsreader/IBM Plex Mono

03

Helios · Lamp Works

A one-product company whose product is pure geometry: a task lamp assembled from Three.js primitives under a studio three-point rig. Re-enamel it, morph the shade, drag its joints; even the power switch on the base is real.

04

Kiln & Cinder · Ceramics Studio

A working wheel: drag the profile and the pot re-lathes itself at 60fps under a hand-written glaze shader with drips, speckle, and a dip line. Fire it and the glass comes up.

three.js lathe · GLSL glaze · wheel physics · Crimson Pro/Karla

05

Hotel Reverie · At the Edge of Sleep

A hotel whose floors are cloud layers: one full-screen domain-warped FBM shader drifting from dusk to dawn, descended by scroll, with a lift indicator riding the sky.

GLSL cloudscape · time-of-day drift · Cormorant Garamond/Outfit

06

MASSVOID · Concrete Gallery

Brutalism with the grid left visible and load-bearing: every panel poured by a seeded texture utility (no two alike), navigated by survey coordinates, re-pourable on command. The chaos is gridded underneath.

seeded feTurbulence pours · exposed 12-col grid · Archivo Black/Archivo

07

The Papermoon Theatre · A Story in Cut Paper

A children's shadow-puppet theatre performing "The Fox Who Stole the Moon" in four acts of layered SVG cutouts: deckled edges, a cursor that holds the torch, and a fox with a genuinely good silhouette.

SVG cutout parallax · 24-beat scroll story · torch mask · Baloo 2/Nunito

08

Maison Ambre · Parfums

A perfume house bottling slow time: molten amber computed in a fragment shader, parting tangentially around the name, slowing as you scroll until it sets at the footer, where the last candle glints crystallise.

WebGL2 FBM + caustics · SDF-parted liquid · scroll viscosity · Italiana/Montserrat

Mid-build

One more brief from the same constitution — VANTA, a study in eight computed blacks — is mid-build and will join this index when it clears its three critique passes.
